    EFence App 的隱私權政策

    APP 用途

    1. 讓使用者註冊到電子柵欄伺服器，將手機納管於電子柵欄伺服器。
    2. 接收電子柵欄伺服器或使用者之指令以開關行動裝置之相機。

    APP 收集之資訊與使用政策

    電子柵欄App以收集最少資訊之方式滿足必要之功能，收集以下資訊但不限於：

    1. 行動裝置資訊
    2. 行動裝置目前的GPS位置, 但不儲存與傳送至任何伺服器。
    3. App開關相機的時間與動作

    電子柵欄註冊時會收集行動裝置品牌、型號、序號、MAC Address等資訊並回傳至電子柵欄伺服器做紀錄。

    電子柵欄App收集到GPS資訊時並不會將這些資訊回傳至電子柵欄伺服器，僅做地理位置比對是否在公司範圍內，使用完畢之後隨即將資料拋棄，不會回傳至電子柵欄伺服器或保存於行動裝置之儲存媒體。

    電子柵欄App提供使用者可以自行開關行動裝置之相機，因此會將相關之資訊如使用者ID、時間、動作，但不包含地理位置回傳至電子柵欄伺服器做紀錄。

    APP 傳送資料之方式

    電子柵欄App與電子柵欄伺服器透過SSL協議將溝通之資料加密交換。

    EFence Privacy Policy

    Purpose of this App
    Users use this to enroll to the EFence MDM Server, so that, the MDM Server can push restriction policies to the device the user enrolled to.
    Users can press the enable camera button or the disable camera button on the app to trigger the MDM server push the camera restriction to the device the user enrolled to.

    MDM Commands This App Uses
    All the Mobile Device Management Commands:
    allowCamera of the restriction profile

    In EFence MDM Server, the server only push the restriction profile that restric the camera to the device.
    We user’s device in the company, the server push the restriction profile that disable the camera to the device.
    We user’s device in not the company, the server push the restriction profile that enable the camera to the device.
    the push trigger mechanism are the user press the enable/disable camera button, or enter the company with the checkin mechanism.

    What data is Collected
    After the device is enrolled, the MDM server collect the device model, serial number, MAC address to identify the device.
    This app collect the time the user press the enable camera button or the disable camera button.
    The GPS information is used for checking if the device is in the company, but the GPS information is not store in the app or be sent to any other server.

    How Data Collected by This App is Protected and Kept Secure
    The MDM server collect the device model, serial number, MAC address to identify the device.
    These data is stored in on-premise server, not in the public cloud or the 3-rd party servers.
    The data is stored in on-premiser SQL Server that the server is managed by the company’s IT department.
    Only the IT SQL Server manager can access the data.
